We are more than 3 people, do you have large vehicles?
Yes. We have H1 vans in a 9-seat configuration enabled for 5 passengers, due to COVID biosecurity measures. For slightly larger groups we offer 2 vehicles.
We have a lot of suitcases, is there room for them?
Yes. We have H1 vans in a 9-seat configuration with an extra row of space for your luggage.
I’m on a layover. Can I do a City Tour?
The Layover City Tour is recommended if you have at least 6 hours between your connections.
Do you have baby seats?
Yes. We have baby seats, you just have to request it.
How are services paid?
Each service is paid at the end of it. Payment can be in Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Payment Link, among others.
Is there free WiFi at Tocumen Airport?
Yes. There is free WiFi (30 minutes) in the international airport area.
How long does it take from the Tocumen Airport to Panama City?
From the Tocumen Airport to Panama City, using road corridors, it takes approximately 25 minutes.
How long does it take from the Panama Pacific Airport to Panama City?
From the Panama Pacific Airport to Panama City, using road corridors, it takes approximately 25 minutes.
How long does it take from the Tocumen Airport to the Playa Blanca resorts?
From the Tocumen Airport to the beach resorts (Sheraton Bijao, Royal Decameron, Riu Playa Blanca), using road corridors, it takes approximately 2 hours and 25 minutes.
How long does it take from the Panama Pacific Airport to the Playa Blanca resorts?
From the Panama Pacific Airport to the beach resorts (Sheraton Bijao, Royal Decameron, Riu Playa Blanca), using road corridors, it takes approximately 2 hours.
How long is the City Tour?
The City Tour (Mirador del Canal, Casco Viejo, Causeway, Mirador Chino, Mercado de Artesanías) lasts approximately 4 hours.
What are the Canal Visitor Center open hours?
The Canal Visitor Center is open every day from 08:00 to 18:00 (the ticket office until 17:00). The entrance fee for foreigners is: USD $17.50 adults, USD $7.50 children (5 to 12 years old) and free for children under 5 years old.
If the Canal Visitor Center is closed, can I see the ships passing through the Canal?
Yes. Besides to the Canal Visitor Center located at the Miraflores locks, you can watch the ships pass through the Canal at the Pedro Miguel locks viewpoint. The Pedro Miguel viewpoint is next to the road and can be visited 24/7.
